Unless you are involved in business outsourcing, it’s unlikely Gurgaon has appeared on your travel expenses. Half an hour’s drive south-west of Delhi along National Highway 8 (NH8) – the new motorway that connects Delhi with Jaipur, some 260km further south – it  as, until 30 years ago, a village.
