This public initiative was taken by the Moselle Region and the European Union as a pragmatic approach in coherence with the political and economical ambitions in Europe and India, that aim at pushing up the bilateral trade between Europe and India from 70.7 billion euros in 2010 to 160.6 billion euros in 2015.
